Updated October 2026

A Naples underground tour costs US$15 to US$20 a person on GetYourGuide in October 2026: US$15 for the catacombs, US$17 for the Bourbon Tunnel, and US$20 and US$20 for Napoli Sotterranea and the Spanish Quarters route. The sites’ own prices are within a few euros of those, and children pay less or go free. At the same US$20, the Spanish Quarters underground tour is the best rated of the four and the one you can cancel free.

What is extra, and what is not

The underground tickets include the guide: none of these sites lets you wander alone. The few extras are small. San Lorenzo Maggiore currently runs visits as guided tours only, with a fee of 2 euros an adult paid on site. Napoli Sotterranea’s GetYourGuide listing offers a pizza and a soft drink as an option, a margherita or a marinara. At the Bourbon Tunnel’s own desk, the Campania Artecard takes 20 percent off and a City Sightseeing bus ticket 20 percent. Napoli Sotterranea does not take part in the free first Sunday at Italian museums.

The other routes and the longer tours

The Bourbon Tunnel’s longer routes cost more at its own desk: 20 euros for the Adventure route with its raft, 15 euros for Speleo Light. The catacombs’ guided walk through the Sanita, the Miglio Sacro, is 19 euros for adults. If you want the streets above as well, the walks that include an underground visit start at US$24 for the Spanish Quarters street art walk (the underground is an option), US$31 for the old town walk with the Roman ruins and US$33 for the small-group top sights tour.

Cancellation is part of the price

The cheapest choice is not the same as the safest. Napoli Sotterranea’s US$20 ticket is non-refundable. The Spanish Quarters, Bourbon Tunnel and catacombs listings can be cancelled free up to 24 hours before, and the first two let you reserve now and pay later. If your day in Naples might move, that matters more than a few dollars.
